Bought my Mini Countryman off these guys recently and I couldn’t be happier. They specialise in Minis so able to answer questions regarding them. They’re pride themselves on being good mechanics, not salesmen so I didn’t feel any pressure when going to view and test drive it. They’re both really nice guys who are relaxed and approachable. Very minor issue with the car after a week but soon resolved by them with no fuss. Highly recommend them, you’ll be in good, trustworthy hands!

I bought a 2009 Mini Cooper from Adam and Richard and the service I got was fantastic. I had an issue crop up after a couple of days, but took it back and they had it fixed within half a day. I bought from them because they are both great mechanics who sell cars, not salesmen. The peace of mind that if there is an issue it can be dealt with in house rather than by a third party sealed the sale for me. Both genuinely lovely guys, with a passion for cars.

Bought my first car from these almost two years ago was amazing customer service then and still is now, recently took it down for a full service, was fairly priced kept me up to date with any issues the car had and was always helpful and explained everything perfectly, would highly recommend these guys

I travelled from the Midlands to see Adam and Richard. These guys were so helpful, knowledgeable and just very nice chaps. The car I bought from them – A 2010 Mini Clubman Cooper- is an absolute joy. It looks brand new, drives lovely and is well worth the money. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again if I have another MINI adventure. :-)

If you are interested in a vehicle that they have for sale (or anything else for that matter) and are reading this for some piece of mind, my only comment would be .. DO IT .. don’t hesitate! We live in Nottingham and after searching for a new used Mini on AutoTrader we widened our search and am so glad we did. As soon as we met Richard at Auto-Motiv, we knew he was was trustworthy and had a wealth of knowledge and experience of working with Mini Coopers. He was friendly and didn't pressure us into a sale. He let us take our time and he was happy to answer any questions we had. Great value and service. We drove away with confidence. I would happily drive over an hour away to get another car from them in the future.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Firstly, on the test drive they heard something wasn’t quite right with the car, pointed it out and fixed it immediately. Waited patiently for all paperwork to be sorted. About a month after we purchased something happened to the car, without hesitation, they were straight out, picked it up. It was fixed within the day and returned.
Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for these guys. We really can’t praise them enough. Where is the 6 star button.

Just bought a Mini from Auto-motive for my Granddaughter she is over the moon with it , the lads were the best iv come across in the motor trade, kind, polite, first class service and they know their stuff. my next car will be from them, i will wait till they have the car i need.
